Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a class pack, membership, or any service from Corevibe Studio (“Corevibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all clients, whether booking online, through our booking platform, or in-studio. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, book, or participate in any Corevibe services.

Corevibe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Class Bookings, Attendance & Payments

All classes, packages, and memberships must be booked and paid for in advance. If you’re a new client, you must arrive 10-15 minutes before class to allow the team to give you a quick orientation of the studio and the workout. If you’re a repeat client, you have a 10 min grace period. After these grace periods, you will not be allowed to take class and our team will refund your class credit.

Memberships, Class packages, and promotional prices and class availability are subject to change.

Class Cancellations & No-Shows

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before start time. If you cancel within the 12 hour time frame, you will receive your class credit back but be charged a $15 late fee. If you no-show, you lose your class credit and will be charged a $30 fee. 

Refunds & Membership Cancellations

All purchases are final once a class has been used from a class pack or membership.

If no class credits have been used, you may request a refund by emailing hello@corevibestudio.com within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Corevibe Studio reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at our sole discretion.

Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your membership by contacting hello@corevibestudio.com prior to your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.

Extensions & Exceptional Circumstances

If you need an extension for unused class credits due to injury, illness, or scheduling conflicts, please email us at hello@corevibestudio.com and we’re happy to review options.

Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as permanent relocation 25+ miles from the studio, and are granted at our discretion. We also understand injuries and illnesses happen. While refunds are not offered for classes already taken, unused classes may be extended or memberships paused at our discretion.

Waiver & Liability

All clients must sign our liability waiver prior to participation. By attending class, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical exercise and agree to participate at your own risk. Liability form can be reviewed here.

Use of Image & Likeness

From time to time, Corevibe Studio may take photos or videos for marketing or promotional purposes. We will always notify clients in advance when photography or recording is taking place. There are no permanent cameras in the studio, and no photos or videos are taken during class without notice. By participating in a class or event where photography or recording has been announced, you grant Corevibe Studio permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in captured content for marketing and promotional use across our platforms. No compensation will be provided. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let a team member know prior to class and we will fully accommodate you.

Communications

By booking or purchasing with Corevibe Studio, you agree that we may contact you via email, text message, or phone for purposes including, but not limited to: Class confirmations or schedule changes, late arrival or no-show follow-ups, emergency notifications, checking in if you have not arrived for a scheduled class. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time, but transactional and safety-related messages may still be sent.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, class formats, and trade dress used by Corevibe Studio are proprietary and may not be used without our prior written permission. All website, booking platform, and marketing content — including text, images, graphics, videos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Corevibe Studio. You may view or print content solely for personal use related to booking classes or managing your account. Any other use, reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services, such as payment processors and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their security, performance, or privacy practices, and your use of such services is at your own risk.

Code of Conduct

Clients agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, coaches, and other participants. Corevibe reserves the right to refuse service or membership access to anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or detrimental to the community.

Changes to Terms

Corevibe reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated on our website or in studio communications.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Renewal: Auto-renews every month unless cancelled. Classes Included: Memberships apply to regular scheduled classes only and do not include Free Classes or $15 Community Classes. Activation: Membership billing begins after your first official "Corevibe" class check-in. Pausing: Email hello@corevibestudio.com to request a membership pause of up to 30 days. While paused, membership billing and class credits are on hold. You can still purchase and book single classes or other packages separately. Availability: Limited to the first 25 members only. Commitment: No contract. Cancel anytime prior to renewal date. Non-Transferable: This membership and discount are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Changes: Corevibe reserves the right to update class schedules and policies, but your locked-in membership rate will remain unchanged.
