Corevibe workouts and classes are low impact pilates paired with higher intensity conditioning. You’ll get the toning and strengthing benefits of pilates but see results much faster.
We also offer private sessions for those who want a more personalized workout.

Unfortunately, right now, Corevibe will not be available on ClassPass. However, we offer really great ways to try our classes. We have our Buy 1 get 1 FREE Class pack and a 1 month Introductory Class pack.

Yes! Corevibe is beginner-friendly. Our coaches help with modifications and cues so you can move safely and confidently. Classes are designed to be personalized for all levels.

Yes. Our coaches offer modifications and options throughout class to help you move safely. Please let your coach know about any injuries before class so we can guide you appropriately. Yes. Corevibe is great for athletes. Our classes build strength, stability, control, and endurance, which support performance and help reduce injury risk. Many athletes use Corevibe to complement their main sport and stay balanced and strong.

We do not currently offer prenatal-specific classes. If you are pregnant, we recommend speaking with your doctor first before you book a group class. We also offer private sessions so we can better tailor the workout to your needs. Learn more here.

Yes. Grip socks are required for safety and stability. If you forget yours, we have grip socks available for purchase in the studio.

Corevibe’s Reset Sessions are dedicated recovery sessions using Normatec compression pants or hip attachments and PlatinumLED Red Light Therapy. The session is designed to help your lower body feel refreshed and restored by supporting circulation and recovery.
