45 Min All-In-One workout

Within just 45 minutes, you’ll get all the benefits from low-impact strength & toning benefits from Pilates, the calorie burning & fat burning effectiveness of HIIT training, and the mental & physical boost from color therapy and red light therapy. 

  • Time under tension and deep core activation. Slow, low impact movements on a Powerformer Pilates machine help build flexible, long, lean muscles. Think of defined abs, lifted glutes, and sculpted arms without overloading your joints.

  • Build strength and get fitter with more efficiency. We will bring in a variety of different fitness movements, zones and speeds to boost metabolism, maximize fat loss, and improve overall fitness. This won't be classical Pilates.

  • We incorporate color therapy into our classes to enhance our physical and mental state when you workout. Each class may feature different color themes based on the class programming, desired outcomes, and energy. Learn more.

  • Replenish and increase recovery. We will finish class with red light therapy stretching that helps increase cellular activity, helps improve blood flow, and helps reduce inflammation. Leave class feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Classes are strategically programmed weekly by our Head Trainer. First, you will target different muscle groups and fitness zones every day to help you be your fittest self, build a balanced body, avoid plateaus, and also give your muscles proper time to recover.
