    What clients can expect in my classes:
    A good sweat, a great playlist, and a vibe that keeps you coming back. I’ll hype you up, hold you accountable, and remind you not to take it too seriously—movement should feel good, even when it’s tough. You'll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

    Why I coach:
    Because moving my body changed everything! I want to help others feel that same shift. There’s something magical about watching people get stronger and more confident, one class at a time.

    Outside of Corevibe:
    You’ll usually find me cuddling with my cat, making a matcha latte, or getting lost in a good book. Movement fuels me, but quiet moments recharge me.

    Fun fact:
    I once hiked a volcano at sunrise and I still think leg day is the hardest!

    What clients can expect in my classes:
    An encouraging and inclusive environment that enables you to build your strength and progress at your own pace. In addition to the physical benefits, I prioritize the mental advantages, including stress relief and enhanced focus. You can look forward to a holistic journey that nurtures both your physical and mental well-being.

    Why I coach:
    I believe in the transformative power of the reformer for the body and mind. It allows me to help others improve their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while also fostering a sense of mindfulness and body awareness. Seeing my students gain confidence and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding.

    Outside of Corevibe:
    I am with my fur babies.

    Fun Fact:
    I once went swimming with sharks…unknowingly.

    What clients can expect in your class:

    I love anatomy and will always do my best to tell you what you're doing and why you're doing it! You're gonna get some great jams and get stronger body and mind.

    Why you teach:

    I've been an athlete since I was small and love the way I feel when I'm moving my body. I want to share knowledge, inspo, and joy with you!

    Outside the studio:

    I'm a sucker for food and fitness. And a nap : )

    My day job is Store Manager at Vuori in Santana Row -- come say hey and get a cute lil 'fit

  • Three words that describe your vibe: Energetic. Supportive. Motivating.


    What clients can expect in your class:
    Clients can expect a class that blends strong form, clear coaching, and an upbeat atmosphere. I focus on helping you understand your body, feel confident in every movement, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

    Why you teach:
    I teach because movement genuinely lights me up, and I love helping people discover what they’re capable of. Guiding someone to a breakthrough be it big or small is what keeps me inspired!

    Outside the studio:
    You’ll usually find me out on a walk with my Aussies, recharging with a quick nap, or making a loyal trip to Taco Bell.

    Fun fact:
    I love being active and going camping! Anything that gets me outdoors and moving is my happy place.

    More about Lindsay: Spent 10 years as a preschool teacher and recently earned her NASM Personal Training certification.

    Motivational. Intense. Real.

    What you can expect in my classes:
    Energy that hits different. Expect powerful, beat-driven flows that push you to your edge with smart programming, intentional coaching, and sneaky burns that make you stronger than you think you are.

    Why I coach:
    I believe that working out should be more than just transforming our bodies. It's the emotion you feel, the exhaustion, the clarity, the rush of strength, and so much more. And it all doesn’t stay in the room. It builds who we are. It carries into how we show up in life. That’s why I teach. Because when we push past our limits, that's where we find ourselves.

    Outside of Corevibe:
    If I’m not coaching, I’m surfing (twice a week minimum if I'm lucky), chasing a good adventure high, or hanging with my golden retriever, Poppy.

    Fun fact:
    I'm a former D1 athlete at Stanford and I made all my team's CD mixes back in the day. I believe every good playlist should make you feel unstoppable.
