How to Start the Challenge with Confidence:
A challenge like this should feel motivating, not overwhelming. If you are just getting back into a routine, start simple.
Aim for 2 classes a week
Breaking the challenge down into smaller weekly goals makes it feel much more manageable.Look ahead at your calendar
Book the class times that feel most realistic for your schedule so you are not scrambling last minute. We open up the calendar 1 week ahead of time on Sundays 5 PM so you can plan ahead. Members get earlier access on Fridays 5 PM.Choose classes you enjoy
Start with formats you know you like, such as Sculpt: Legs & Abs or Strength: Total Body, so showing up feels easier.Invite a friend
Having someone join you can make the challenge feel more fun and help keep you accountable.Stick to the same days each week
Creating a routine makes it easier to stay consistent and helps class become part of your normal rhythm.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is consistency. When you make it easier to start, it becomes much easier to keep going.
